4a. Plaid Technologies — Financial data access
RichesReach uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to connect your financial accounts to our service. When you choose to link an account, you consent to the collection and use of information needed to connect that account, as described in this Privacy Policy and in Plaid's consumer disclosures. By linking your accounts through Plaid, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your financial data — including account balances, transaction history, and account/routing numbers — is transmitted from your financial institution to RichesReach through Plaid's services.
- Plaid's collection, use, and handling of your data is governed by Plaid's Privacy Policy and related end-user terms.
- By using our account-linking feature, you grant RichesReach and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your chosen financial institution.
- You may revoke Plaid's access to your accounts at any time through the RichesReach app settings or by visiting Plaid's consumer portal.
5. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transmission where appropriate, and security monitoring. No internet-based service can promise absolute security.
